Orders placed before 12:00 noon AEST on Thursday, December 10, should arrive on or before Friday, December 25, but cannot be guaranteed.

AROMATOOLS SHIPPING TERMS AND POLICIES AS OF APRIL 2020

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, all postage & freight carriers are currently facing challenges:

  • Australia Post has advised us that they are seriously behind with deliveries.
  • Australia Post has also advised that they have suspended their next day guarantee for their Express Post service.
  • Proof of delivery: All carriers are not enforcing signature on delivery due to social distancing, therefore we are unable to guarantee that we can give proof of delivery if requested.
  • DHL & ECI are reducing the countries that they deliver to on a daily basis. We are identifying orders going to these countries and putting them on hold. Please log in to the kiosk to manage these orders.

 

  • Our fulfillment center is located near Sydney, Australia. Order processing time is approximately 24–48 hours from the time the order is placed, not including weekends. Orders shipping to an address in Australia take approximately 3–5 business days to be delivered. Orders shipping to an address in New Zealand take approximately 4–12 business days to be delivered.
